Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support the development and modernization of organizational training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update e-learning and training materials aligned with defined learning outcomes
• Modernize training content and formats to support ease of updates and alignment with enterprise learning standards
• Support training readiness for the launch of new, high-visibility programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or a related field
• Instructional Design certification or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with modern learning approaches, including microlearning and just-in-time training
