Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Temp) to create engaging learning experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality self-paced content for adult learners
• Create learning objectives, course curriculum, and supplementary materials with input from subject matter experts
• Administer course lifecycle tracking and evaluate the effectiveness of online courses

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Instructional Design experience
• Experience in creating self-service training content and using eLearning authoring tools
• Learning Management System administration experience
• Graphic Design skills and knowledge of adult learning best practices
• Strong project management and organizational skills
