Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a 6-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and design courses based on business requirements and target audience
• Communicate with SMEs to gather information for curricular development and create learning solutions
• Analyze existing courses and metrics to enhance course offerings and maintain accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Storyline or a similar eLearning content authoring tool
• Understanding of adult learning theory and principles
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar instructional design role
