Key Responsibilities

Convert non-storyboarded content into polished, learner-ready courses
Ensure courses meet accessibility standards and are optimized for multiple devices

Required Qualifications

Previous Amazon experience in developing or deploying learning content within LEARN LMS
2+ years of hands-on experience as an Instructional Designer or eLearning Developer
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline
Proven ability to build courses without formal storyboards
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and rapid eLearning development
