Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer III to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance gap analysis to identify training needs
• Design and develop scalable, learner-centric digital and blended learning solutions
• Manage multiple instructional design projects from analysis through implementation and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in Instructional Design
• 5+ years of instructional system design experience
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proven experience in designing and delivering modern learning solutions in a corporate setting
• Skilled in using eLearning development tools such as Adobe CC and Articulate360
