Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Articulate 360
• Experience conducting job-task analysis and needs assessments
• Strong understanding of instructional design theory and adult learning theory
• Proven experience in designing and developing training curricula and programs
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
