Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop training curricula and content for a PeopleSoft Financials ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area
• Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content and participate in system design discussions and testing
• Facilitate instructor-led and web-based training sessions while managing and updating the training SharePoint site

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience developing training programs for ERP systems
• 8 years of experience developing accessibility-compliant training content
• 8 years of hands-on experience with eLearning software
• 8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
• 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications and maintaining SharePoint sites
