Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning solutions, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes using instructional design best practices
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure alignment with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related role
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a matrixed, global organization
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
