Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create effective learning solutions using instructional design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to develop training goals and objectives for synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions
• Design and develop multimedia training content, including text, graphics, animations, and assessments
• Manage development timelines and milestones to ensure project deliverables are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Instructional Design with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years of combined education and experience
• Advanced technical writing and editing skills
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Strong skills in planning, organizing, and project management
