Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for designing and developing online learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online education and educational projects using evidence-based instructional design processes
• Manage LMS administration and ensure the seamless operation of the LMS
• Create multimedia assets for online courses and implement quality assurance processes for ADA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing instructional materials
• At least 3 years of experience in web-based learning design and development
• Experience with software applications such as Articulate 360, Adobe Illustrator, and LMS
• Strong consulting capability and interpersonal skills
