Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (1099 Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to inform instructional strategy
• Develop high quality learning assets, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creative instructional solutions aligned with client technical environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant instructional design experience
• Experience designing learning across multiple modalities (eLearning, ILT, VILT, video, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience creating learning for both synchronous and asynchronous environments
• Strong understanding of the ADDIE model and Kirkpatrick evaluation methodology
• Ability to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in instructional design and e-learning
