Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure alignment with business goals
• Design and implement end-to-end learning programs and curricula using structured instructional design methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, or technical content creation
• Strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
