Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and implement training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts job and task analyses to define learning objectives and effective training solutions
• Designs curriculum plans and develops training programs in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Implements evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of instructional design experience; a master's degree is preferred
• Experience designing training for complex subject matter across various delivery modalities
• Proficiency with course authoring tools and eLearning development software
• Strong project management skills; experience with Wrike is a plus
• Knowledge of instructional technologies and design methodologies such as ADDIE/SAM
