Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning solutions based on adult learning principles
Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather materials and validate content
Understand client-side technical and business practices to leverage core systems and processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related field
3-5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role
Experience with technical learning solutions and tools like Articulate Storyline and Vyond
Strong process-oriented background
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and clinical processes is preferred
