Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop high-quality eLearning solutions focused on financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing large training initiatives and visual campaigns
• Administer end-to-end training programs and develop learning solutions
• Create multimedia learning assets, including videos and interactive content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain technology
• Experience in creating eLearning solutions for large organizations, preferably in finance
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
