Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create scalable learning experiences for global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging, modular learning experiences that align with business objectives
Develop eLearning and blended programs using instructional design best practices
Evaluate and iterate on content based on engagement data and learner feedback

Required Qualifications

3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience
Proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline and other eLearning authoring tools
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and models
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for design and workflow acceleration
Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and content publishing workflows
