Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create and maintain learning solutions focused on mortgage lending and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
• Create and enhance training materials using PowerPoint and produce mortgage-related training videos with Camtasia
• Translate complex regulatory content into engaging learning experiences and conduct quality assurance reviews

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in a mortgage or financial services environment
• 1+ year experience using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and working knowledge of Camtasia
• Solid understanding of mortgage compliance and adult learning principles
