Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create scalable learning experiences for global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, modular learning experiences that align with business objectives
• Develop eLearning and blended programs using instructional design best practices
• Evaluate and iterate on content based on engagement data and learner feedback

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and models
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for writing and design
• Organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
