Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging instructional materials for online courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional materials for online courses focused on Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience
Manage timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 7 years in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content
Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator
Preferred experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries
