Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop instructor guides and participant materials for training supporting call center agents and team leads
  • Create documentation for the Knowledge Base and improve agent performance through various training methods
  • Translate complex technical concepts into accessible formats and lead training initiatives focused on performance improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
  • Experience in developing evaluation strategies for learning deliverables
  • Background in creating project plans and implementing revisions based on feedback
