Job Summary
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop instructor guides and participant materials for training supporting call center agents and team leads
- Create documentation for the Knowledge Base and improve agent performance through various training methods
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible formats and lead training initiatives focused on performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
- Experience in developing evaluation strategies for learning deliverables
- Background in creating project plans and implementing revisions based on feedback
