Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer I to develop online courses and enhance learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and team members to design and develop engaging online courses
• Maintain and improve course content and instructional materials
• Contribute to the production and innovation of online learning experiences

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in instructional design or online course development
• A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Canvas
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
