A company is looking for an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to support IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for key IT initiatives
• Facilitate live or virtual learning sessions and create accessible learning content for non-technical audiences
• Measure learning effectiveness through surveys and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of instructional design experience
• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
• Practical experience using AI for content development
• Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training
• Strong visual design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
