Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce effective learning experiences
Assist in the development of training content across various formats, including classroom instruction and eLearning modules
Participate in visual design, prototyping, and usability testing to enhance learner engagement and accessibility

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in instructional design, focusing on adult learning and eLearning development
Experience designing interactive media elements at advanced IMI Level 2 and basic IMI Level 3
Proficient in Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience supporting federal programs, preferably with U.S. Navy or military training programs
Bachelor's degree in a related field
