Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design training content and define learning objectives
• Analyze existing content and develop instructional materials following company standards
• Conduct meetings with subject matter experts for content validation and feedback incorporation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in developing instructor-led and eLearning courseware
• Strong skills in instructional design and knowledge of adult learning theory
• Proficient in task analysis and experienced with PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to manage multiple development efforts simultaneously
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
