Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer focused on driving adoption across its products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning paths, courses, and microlearning modules for product adoption
• Create instructional materials that effectively explain product concepts, features, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with customer lifecycle and product capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience designing technical training for SaaS, integration, automation, or AI products
• Ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts related to AI agents, APIs, and data orchestration
• Skilled in authoring tools and multimedia production
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Use of data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
