Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop instructional content and learning experiences for program participants, staff, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instructional content using the ADDIE framework and instructional design methods
• Coordinate with project managers to maintain documentation and follow development processes
• Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions for end-users and serve as admin for learning platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
• 5 years of instructional design experience
• Solid background in adult education, curriculum design, and instructional technology
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, project management tools, and storyboarding; experience with Articulate Rise desired
• This is a remote position within the United States
