Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop training programs and solutions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops innovative training plans and leads training development
• Anticipates customer needs and proactively creates solutions
• Conducts task and audience analysis to identify performance gaps and training needs

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience designing learning content for training programs
• Proficient in Rise Storyline Symtrain and Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in maintaining existing learning content for ongoing support
• Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs
