Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning and instructor-led training solutions
• Consult with subject matter experts to create customized learning strategies and content
• Stay updated on emerging trends in learning methods and ensure best practices are incorporated

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design Technology, or related field, or 8 years equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred in a related field
• Five years or more experience in an education or business environment
• Three years or more experience in assessing, designing, and implementing learning solutions
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
