Key Responsibilities

• Perform needs analysis for training courses and develop relevant training assets
• Create and maintain instructional content and multimedia elements to enhance learning
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ year of related experience
• Certification in education, instructional design, or a related field
• Some knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
• Experience with publishing tools and graphic editors
• Aptitude to learn new technologies and software quickly
