Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create effective learning experiences that enhance employee performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning content using Articulate 360 based on outlines and learning objectives
• Design scenario-based learning experiences and write measurable learning objectives
• Maintain and organize learning content within the LMS (Docebo) and manage training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
• Experience working within an LMS, preferably Docebo
• Foundational knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Exposure to instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM
