Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop self-paced eLearning modules and performance support materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency in at least one eLearning authoring tool, preferably Articulate Storyline or Rise
• Business healthcare and clinical experience
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Background or coursework in instructional design, education, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
