Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging instructional materials for a complex project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop instructional materials for online courses focused on Quality Management System (QMS)
• Design and revise storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience
• Manage timelines and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design with a focus on creating interactive content
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator
