Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create and evaluate impactful learning solutions in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and design interactive learning experiences focused on insurance operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business goals and facilitate training sessions
• Manage project plans and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably in a virtual setting
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field preferred
• Experience in designing training materials related to health insurance or Medicare
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and project management skills
