Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to assist in the development of engaging online courses and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to design and develop competency-based online courses and instructional materials
• Provide training and technical support to faculty and students on educational technology and instructional design best practices
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of courses to evaluate accessibility, effectiveness, and overall user experience

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning within higher education or corporate settings
• Formal training or certification in UX/UI design and/or usability testing is highly desirable
• Proficiency in instructional design theories and e-learning authoring tools
• Experience with accessibility standards and Universal Design for Learning principles
