Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to enable effective adoption of Human Capital Management systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content, including eLearning modules and job aids
• Review HCM release notes to create learner-friendly content and design simulations for end-users
• Collaborate with various teams to align learning objectives with project goals and evaluate training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or training development
• Experience with HCM platforms and technology change enablement
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG/508 compliance)
• Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate
