Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create computer-based training using the A.D.D.I.E model and enhance training qualification programs with blended approaches
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on content development and understand departmental training content needs
• Focus on the inclusion of technology to ensure consistency and ease of training

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Adult Learning Theories and their application in training development
• Proficiency in systems such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Simple Show
• Project management skills and adaptability in prioritization and execution
