A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to lead the design and delivery of engaging digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning solutions using modern tools
• Lead eLearning projects from concept through delivery while managing timelines and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into effective strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
• Proficiency with modern eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and video editing software
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience with LMS platforms and familiarity with learning analytics
