Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules and training guides
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Utilize L&D authoring tools to build interactive programs and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in instructional design
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe
• Experience using LMS platforms and managing digital course content
• Background in blended learning or virtual instructor-led training formats
