Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand learning needs and performance objectives
• Design engaging, learner-centric experiences using various training modalities
• Create and revise learning materials aligned with operational and regulatory needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design or learning content development
• Proficiency in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, Word, PPT, Excel)
• Experience in designing role-based learning materials across multiple modalities
• Familiarity with authoring and prototyping tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suites)
