Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for users of their software.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets and self-service resources focused on product knowledge
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop structured training materials
• Enhance content quality and adapt training as the product evolves

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience creating learning material for SaaS or technical software environments
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning approaches
• Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Camtasia)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate ideas clearly
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
