A company is looking for an Instructional Designer and Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform needs analysis for courses and design, develop, and maintain training assets
• Create instructional content and utilize multimedia elements to enhance learning materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ year of related experience
• Certification in education, adult education, instructional design, or a related field
• Some knowledge of ILT learning design and adult learning principles
• Experience with publishing tools and graphic editors
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and using generative AI tools in content development
