Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary SFDC + Oracle CPQ Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and SMEs to understand system functionality changes and associated training requirements
• Own the enablement workstream for assigned projects, including planning, execution, and delivery aligned to release timelines
• Design, develop, and launch training materials and execute change management plans to support user readiness and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in instructional design within a fast-paced environment with project ownership from intake through delivery
• Experience in change management principles and user adoption strategies
• Skill in using Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive user adoption proactively
