Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create effective learning experiences and develop scalable educational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning and curriculum using Articulate 360
• Organize and structure learning content within the Docebo LMS
• Create job aids and materials to enhance learner performance and experience

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline)
• Familiarity with various LMS systems, preferably Docebo
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience in designing scenario-based or case-based training
