Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for creating high-quality learning experiences for employees, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop various learning assets, including eLearning modules and instructor-led training
• Translate product requirements and workflows into structured learning experiences
• Revise and maintain training materials to ensure alignment with product updates and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design within SaaS or learning and development
• Ability to transform raw content from subject matter experts into effective training materials
• Experience in evaluating learning outcomes through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Proficiency with authoring tools and Microsoft Office applications
