Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop engaging learning materials for their Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CX stakeholders to assess needs and define learning objectives
• Design and implement various instructional materials using best practices
• Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in instructional design and e-learning development
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience with learning management systems and content management systems
• Experience using Articulate Storyline and similar software preferred
