Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support training initiatives related to new tool implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end training solutions for tool and system implementations
• Create user guides, job aids, and training materials to enhance learning and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and improve training content based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and content development for corporate training
• Strong experience in writing technical documentation and user-focused training materials
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Experience using instructional design tools and managing multiple projects effectively
