Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Instructional Designer, a full-time position responsible for collaborating with program directors and faculty to design, develop, and implement online courses and programs, while promoting technology-based resources in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and the Online Program Director to develop and implement online courses
• Construct high-quality online courses using web-based learning management systems and apply research-based learning theories
• Consult with faculty on instructional methods and support professional development initiatives for online education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of experience in instructional design or related areas
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential job functions
• Experience with online teaching and course development
• Familiarity with tools such as Canvas and Kaltura is preferred
