Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Instructional Designer, a full-time position, responsible for designing and developing engaging training content for both instructor-led and online formats, consulting with clients and subject matter experts, and facilitating Train the Trainer sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective training materials, including facilitator and participant guides
• Consult with clients and subject matter experts to grasp content complexities
• Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions and assist in business development proposals

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, instructional design, or organizational development, or equivalent experience
• Experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and adult learning theory
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
