Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer, the remote contract position will focus on utilizing Workday's Sana AI tool, with a workload comprising 20% instructional design and 80% storyboarding and development tasks over a duration of 6-12 months.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials using Sana AI
• Create storyboards and develop content for e-learning modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with training objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer/Developer
• Strong experience with Sana AI tool
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally
