Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Designing and developing engaging learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will create instructor-led training, eLearning courses, and job aids while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build polished learning content including eLearning courses and presentation materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and clarify requirements for training projects
• Apply instructional design best practices to create visually appealing and intuitive learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years of experience in designing and developing learning content for adult learners
• Strong visual design instincts or prior graphic design experience
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles such as ADDIE and Bloom's
• Experience with industry-standard authoring and design tools
